How we hold the data
Server-side processing.
Speech recognition runs on our own server by default, so consultation audio does not have to leave it. To draft the note, the transcript is sent to our contracted AI provider.
Secrets stay on the server.
API keys and credentials live in server-side configuration and are never exposed to the browser.
Account access.
Sign-in uses a password or a one-time email passcode, and each clinician sees only their own consultations.
An audit trail.
Note versions, validation results and approvals are stored with an audit record, so every approved note can be traced.
